RheumaRelief Arthritis Vitamin Ingredients

What supplements are good for rheumatoid arthritis?

Vitamin D: It appears that vitamin D deficiency is highly prevalent in patients with RA, and that vitamin D deficiency may be linked to disease severity in Rheumatoid Arthritis. As vitamin D deficiency has been linked to diffuse musculoskeletal pain, these results have therapeutic implications. Vitamin D supplementation may be needed both for the prevention of osteoporosis as well as for pain relief in patients with RA.

Turmeric Root: Turmeric has been seen to help with reduction in pain and inflammation in Rheumatoid Arthritis patients. Curcumin has antioxidant properties that can neutralize free radicals that cause damage to healthy cells. Using RheumaRelief’s turmeric dosage can provide relief for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis that are similar to Ibuprofen. Although turmeric is recommended for medicinal use, clinical trials are still underway in regards to verifying/determining the adequate doses needed to prevent and suppress flares in RA.

Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 deficiency can contribute fatigue associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Vitamin B12 promotes improved memory, focus and energy. “Vitamin B12 reduces homocysteine, an amino acid found at high levels in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Even moderately elevated homocysteine is associated with an increased risk of fractures in older adults.”

Magnesium: Magnesium plays an important role in the functioning of the muscles. It helps in maintaining the structure of the bones and makes them strong. Hence magnesium deficiency can impact many biological processes at both cellular and molecular levels. Magnesium has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties. Magnesium can help mitigate pain in arthritis and protect bone health.

Ginger: Ginger’s anti-inflammatory properties seem to help relieve pain and improve joint function for all types of arthritis. The compounds in ginger can function as a COX-2 inhibitor, the same way as common medications for rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis. These benefits extend to those with osteoarthritis too. Ginger also suppresses leukotrienes (inflammatory molecules) and switch off certain inflammatory genes, potentially making it more effective than conventional pain relievers.

Quercetin: Quercetin (QU) is a kind of natural flavonoids, with lipid-lowering, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Research shows that anti-inflammatory foods containing quercetin can help manage symptoms related to autoimmune disorders like arthritis. Quercetin plays a role in regulating the immune system’s response to outside stressors through cell signaling pathways called kinases and phosphatases, two types of enzyme and membrane proteins needed for proper cellular function.

Zinc: Studies show significantly lower zinc levels in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) compared to those without it. The lowest levels are associated with more severe disease. Researchers say zinc may help improve RA symptoms by supporting the immune system and cartilage.

Selenium: Some studies have found that people with rheumatoid arthritis have low levels of selenium in their blood compared to people without the disease. How selenium may work to treat rheumatoid arthritis isn’t well understood, but it might be related to its antioxidant properties.

Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid): According to the American College of Rheumatology, methotrexate is one of the most commonly used drugs to treat RA. However, it can decrease the levels of an important vitamin in your body called folate. This leads to a side effect of methotrexate called folate deficiency. RheumaRelief allows you to get the folate that you may be depleted of by taking certain prescription medications.

Vitamin B6: Abnormal Vitamin B6 status in rheumatoid arthritis has been seen for decades. Impaired Vitamin B6 levels can contribute to inflammation, and these patients that do have this imparities may have a higher demand for Vitamin B6. By providing 500% daily value of Vitamin B6 in our formula, we look to help with anyone that may be deficient in it.

Calcium: Calcium is so important for anyone who is diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, both because the disease itself is associated with bone loss and because long-term glucocorticoid treatment, which many patients with RA depend on for control of inflammation during periods of disease activity, can be associated with bone loss. There is debate on the correlation of whether Calcium levels directly relate to disease activity in RA patients.

Black Pepper: By adding black pepper to the RheumaRelief formula we have enhanced Turmeric’s (Curcumins) bioavailability. This will ensure Turmeric will be absorbed at a much higher rate.

RheumaRelief Reviews

Wonderful product!
"I am a person that is extremely skeptical of all the new natural product fads that have been going around recently. I was recommended this from a friend that takes the fibrorelief and so I thought with having a money back guarantee I had nothing to lose and ordered a bottle. It did not take very long to feel the effects and I am so grateful!! It’s helped with my anxiety and depression, as well as my pain, inflammation, and stiffness! I stopped taking it to test myself to make sure it wasn’t placebo effect and noticed just as quickly I went back to feeling a lot more awful! I checked with all my doctors, mainly rheumatologist, and every one of them approved this product to take along with all my prescriptions and I have given all of them my honest review as well so they may recommend and help others! I’ve had to contact customer service a couple times and it’s almost instantaneous that I get my questions answered and help with my account. Wonderful product! Wonderful customer service! Wonderful company! Highly recommend!!!"
