Which ImmunaRelief Vitamin is Best for You?

Here at ImmunaRelief, we are a company built and run by autoimmune patients, for autoimmune patients. We designed our products with the most bioavailable forms of vitamins to guarantee the best absorption and we use methylcobalamin for our B12 (aka methylated B12) which is the recommend form of B12 for those with the MTHFR gene mutation, a common issue in the autoimmune community.

All of our vitamins are also vegan and allergen free and all of our products are made in the US.

While our products include LupaVita (originally designed for lupus), RheumaRelief (originally designed for Rheumatoid Arthritis) and FibroAid (originally designed for Fibromyalgia), there are many other uses for them and our vitamins actually work for a wide range of autoimmune diseases. It’s also common for people with one autoimmune disease to develop another, and then another, and then another… When that happens it can be hard to know which ImmunaRelief vitamin may be right for you.

What if I have multiple autoimmune diseases? Which vitamins should I take?

It's common for people to have multiple autoimmune diseases which can make it tough to know which vitamin is best for you.

All of our multivitamins are similar enough that regardless of what autoimmune disease or chronic illness you have, you can’t really go wrong with any of them.

Here are some tips to help you decide what’s best for you when you have multiple autoimmune diseases like lupus & rheumatoid arthritis, lupus & fibromyalgia or fibromyalgia & rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

LupaVita may be best if:

      • You have more skin-type symptoms
      • You experience hair loss

RheumaRelief may be best if:

      • You experience more joint-type issues like inflammation and joint damage

FibroAid may be best if:

      • You have more nerve-type symptoms such as neuropathy
      • You struggle with anxiety or depression like symptoms

We are often asked if you can take more than one of our vitamins at a time and the answer is yes and no. All of our vitamins contain high levels of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 so we do not recommend taking more than one pill a day. However we have many customers who purchase 2 or even all 3 of our vitamins and take them on rotation so as to see the greatest benefits.

For example, you can take LupaVita one day, then RheumaRelief the next, then FibroAid the third and then back to LupaVita, repeating the pattern each month. This way you can get the benefits of the additional ingredients without over-consuming certain vitamins.

All of our vitamins will:

      • Help with inflammation (turmeric)
      • Help with fatigue and mood (vitamin D3 and vitamin B12)
      • Help with muscle aches/cramps/tightness (magnesium)
      • Support overall immune health
