FibroAid Fibro Vitamin Ingredients

Vitamin D: Scientific research indicates a strong correlation between Fibromyalgia and vitamin D deficiency. The Saudi Medical Journal reported in 2011 that 61 out of 100 women with Fibromyalgia had a vitamin D deficiency as well. Vitamin D is able to help with Fibromyalgia because it modulates cell growth, improves neuromuscular function, and reduces inflammation.”

Turmeric Root: Turmeric has been seen to help with reduction in swelling and morning stiffness in Fibromyalgia patients. Curcumin has antioxidant properties that could neutralize free radicals that cause damage to healthy cells. Free radicals are said to damage joints and cause inflammation in patients with Fibromyalgia. Using FibroAid's turmeric dosage can provide relief for patients with Fibromyalgia that are similar to Ibuprofen.

Vitamin B12:  Vitamin B12 deficiency can contribute fatigue and fibro fog associated with Fibromyalgia. Vitamin B12 promotes improved memory, focus and energy. It is important for the central nervous system, playing a vital role in cell growth and nerve cell regeneration. Vitamin B12 helps regulate circadian rhythms, which contributes to improved sleep quality and refreshment.

Magnesium: Magnesium supplementation is critical to the treatment of Fibromyalgia. Magnesium studies have shown positive results in decreasing the number and severity of tender points, headaches, and Fibro fog in Fibromyalgia patients. Adding Magnesium to the FibroAid™ formula reduces the risk of Magnesium deficiency.

Flaxseed Oil Powder: The essential fatty acids (Omega oils) in flaxseed oil are one of its key healing components. Essential fatty acids work throughout the body to protect cell membranes, keeping them efficient at admitting healthy substances while barring the damaging ones. Flaxseed has been known to for its benefits with joint pain and stiffness.

5-HTP: Researchers believe that part of what contributes to Fibromyalgia is an imbalance of the neurotransmitter serotonin. 5-HTP is the precursor to serotonin. 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, making it one of the more effective supplements for Fibromyalgia. In a double blind study, taking 5-HTP for 30 days resulted in improvements in morning stiffness, sleep patterns, fatigue, and anxiety.

Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 helps in the production of neurotransmitters, the chemicals that allow brain and nerve cells to communicate with one another. People with autoimmune conditions, including Fibromyalgia, are more likely than others to have trouble getting enough vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 has been seen to lower homocysteine levels, which has been linked to lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Calcium: For Fibromyalgia, vitamin and mineral deficiency is an obvious symptom of concern. Calcium works in tangent with magnesium. Calcium supports bone strength in Fibromyalgia patients and reduces high blood pressure as well. In an NIH study of 85 women with Fibromyalgia, all women had low levels of Calcium in their hair.

Black Pepper: By adding black pepper to the FibroAid formula we have enhanced Turmeric’s (Curcumins) bioavailability. This will ensure Turmeric will be absorbed at a much higher rate.

Vitamin B9 (Folate): Vitamin B9 is essential for human growth and development, encourages proper nerve functioning. It has gotten attention as a potential treatment for Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Low folic acid levels can worsen fibro fog, nerve pain, mental sluggishness, forgetfulness, and low red blood cell count. Folic acid is also called vitamin B9 or folate.
