ImmunaRelief Shipping Policy
All US orders with standard (free) shipping will ship via USPS first class mail. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for shipping time. We do not offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
All international orders will ship via DHL International. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to a month for shipping time.
We have made the decision to ship only to the USA and Canada at this time.
Please note: The shipping address on your order can not be changed once the order is submitted so please verify the address before confirming your order.
Wrong Shipping Address Policy
You've entered the incorrect shipping address for your order, now what?
We have definitely been there and understand your frustration. We want to assist you to ensure that you receive your vitamin order.
However, we ask that you understand we are a small business and lose money on both shipping and product costs if we were to replace orders for free that are delivered incorrectly due to customer error. We have worked very hard to keep our costs low to best serve the autoimmune disease community and therefore we ask that you understand and respect the following store policies.
If your order is sent back to us automatically you have two options to choose from:
1: Once we receive the return, we'll refund your order less a $10 shipping charge plus a 40% penalty as the product is no longer able to be resold once it leaves our warehouse. We will not offer any form of replacement or discount for a new order.

2: You may choose to omit a refund and we can offer you a 30% discount if you would like to place a new order of your own accord.
If your order is not sent back to us, we can offer you a 30% discount if you would like to place a new order of your own accord.
Please note: We do not offer any full refunds or free replacements on orders delivered incorrectly due to customer error.
Subscription Policy
All subscription changes must now be made in your online account following the steps below. Simply login to your account then click "Manage Subscription Here". You will be taken to a page where you can pause or cancel your subscription, change the products or frequency of your subscription, update your billing or shipping address, update payment information and change the shipping date.
Please note: If you chose to checkout as a guest when you created your subscription, you will not be able to manage your subscription until you create an account (see photo instructions below).

Please note, all sales are final after your first order and due to Covid, we no longer accept any returns on our vitamins. Orders may not be able to be cancelled once they have been entered into our system so please ensure your order is correct before submitting it.
