Can I take any of the ImmunaRelief vitamins if I am taking other blood thinners?
We always recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning any new supplements, however we do not usually recommend taking any of our multivitamins if you are on blood thinners, as they all contain some form of natural anti-inflammatories including turmeric, ginger and boswellia which can also thin your blood.
Take one capsule, once daily with or without food. Some people find that our daytime supplements give them a slight boost of energy so we usually recommend taking them in the morning. LupaVita PM nighttime sleep aid should be taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime to experience optimal effects.
Don't like to swallow pills? No problem! Our capsules can be opened and mixed into smoothies, yogurt, juice, etc.

Standard shipping (USPS first class mail) is free throughout the continental U.S. while international shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 per order.
