LupaVita is made with the most bioavailable ingredients for best vitamin absorption. Our vitamin B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin (aka methylated B12) which is recommend for those who have the MTHFR gene mutation (common in those with autoimmune conditions) as it's the most easily absorbed form of B12.

Our vitamins are always made with only natural ingredients without any dyes or fillers and our vitamins are gluten, soy and other common allergen free and are in a vegetable capsule making them vegan friendly.

How do I take LupaVita™?

Simply take 1 capsule once a day with 4-6 ounces of water.

Can't swallow pills? No problem! LupaVita capsules can be opened and added to juice, smoothies, yogurt, applesuace, etc. 

Please note: some people find these vitamins give them a slight energy boost after taking them so we usually recommend taking them during the day. If you experience nausea or heartburn, taking LupaVita with a small meal may help.

Can I take ImmunaCBD CBD oil for lupus while taking LupaVita?

Yes, as a general rule it is safe to take our CBD oil alongside LupaVita, however it's important to always speak to your healthcare provider before starting any new supplements. 

What are the LupaVita side effects? 

The majority of of people who take LupaVita do not experience any negative side effects though rarely it make cause acid reflux in those who suffer from GERD or similar issues due to the turmeric and black pepper extract. 

What vitamins are good for psoriasis?

Vitamin D, turmeric, flaxseed oil & tart cherry extract in LupaVita all work to fight the inflammation associated with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis while vitamin B12, zinc, magnesium & selenium may help reduce the symptoms of psoriasis, particularly of the skin. Vitamin B12 can also provide a natural energy boost in some. 

Probiotics, like ImmunaPro, have also been shown to help reduce symptoms of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. 

Is turmeric good for Sjögren’s Syndrome?

Yes! Turmeric is great to take for people with Sjögren’s. Turmeric is a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory that can help manage and reduce inflammation from Sjögren’s. One study even showed that taking curcumin (turmeric) decreases the binding of auto-antibodies in patients with Sjögren’s Syndrome. 
 
Does LupaVita™ cure Lupus or other autoimmune diseases?

Unfortunately, there is no known cure for any type of Lupus or other autoimmune disorders. LupaVita™ does not claim to cure any diseases. LupaVita’s goal is to raise all-natural vitamin levels in the body, which in turn reduces symptoms that are associated with various autoimmune diseases.

How do I know if this will work for me?

Can I take LupaVita vitamins if I am taking other blood thinners?

We always recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning any new supplements, however it is not usually recommended to take LupaVita, or any of the other ImmunaRelief vitamins, as they all contain some form of natural anti-inflammatories such like turmeric, ginger and boswellia which could interfere with blood thinners. 

Can I take LupaVita™ during pregnancy?

LupaVita™ is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding and is only recommended for those over the age of 18 years.
