FibroAid Fibromyalgia Vitamin Ingredients
Our proprietary fibro supplement includes Vitamin D-3, Calcium, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Magnesium, Turmeric Root, Flaxseed Powder, Black Pepper (to aid in the absorption of turmeric), 5-HTP (a precursor to serotonin) and R Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Why should I take 5-HTP for fibromyalgia?
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is an amino acid naturally produced in the body that acts as a precursor to serotonin. Fibromyalgia is believed to be caused, in part, by an imbalance of neurotransmitters like serotonin and 5-HTP can help build your neurotransmitter levels naturally.
Can I take FibroAid vitamins and ImmunaRelief PM (formerly LupaVita PM) vitamins if I am taking blood thinners?
While we always recommend speaking to your doctor before beginning any new supplements, we don't generally recommend taking any of our ImmunaRelief vitamins if you are currently taking blood thinners. All of our vitamins contain one, or multiple, forms of natural anti-inflammatories that can act as blood thinners including ingredients such as turmeric, ginger and boswellia.
Take one capsule, once daily with or without food. Some people find that FibroAid gives them a slight boost of energy so we recommend taking it in the morning, however it can be safely taken at any time of day. LupaVita PM should be taken approximately 30 minutes before bedtime to experience optimal effects.
Don't like to swallow pills? No problem! Our capsules can be opened and mixed with smoothies, yogurt, juice, etc.

Standard shipping (USPS first class mail) is free throughout the continental U.S. while international shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 per order. Please allow 2-3 days processing time plus 5 to 7 business days for shipping on domestic orders and up to 30 days shipping time for international orders.
