Our vitamin B12 is in the form of methylcobalamin (aka methylated B12) which is recommend for those who have the MTHFR gene mutation (common in those with autoimmune conditions) as it's the most easily absorbed form of B12.

Instructions for use: We recommend taking one LupaVita vitamin capsule in the morning and then one LupaVita PM capsule approximately 30 minutes before bed.
