All US orders with standard (free) shipping will ship via USPS first class mail. Please allow up to 2-3 days for order processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. 

All US orders with expedited shipping will ship via Fedex and expedited orders can not be shipped to any P.O. Box. Please allow up to 2-3 days for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping. 

All international orders will ship via DHL. Please allow up to 2-3 days for order processing and up to several weeks-a month for shipping depending on the country. 

Please note: If the shipping address is entered into the system incorrectly by the customer and needs to be re-shipped, there will be a $10 shipping charge.

If an order is confirmed delivered on the tracking information but is not been received the customer, we will investigate and send a replacement order. Please note: we do not issue refunds on any orders confirmed delivered by our delivery service.
