Brendan Amaru, Founder

Brendan received his Bachelors of Science: Kinesiology and Nutrition from the University of Miami. ImmunaRelief, formerly known by LupaVita, was first created due to Brendan’s loved ones being diagnosed with Lupus. After working with their rheumatologist and nutritionist, the first LupaVita formula was created. Brendan focuses on making ImmunaRelief a Lupus activist movement and strives to build awareness for Lupus in the community. When he is not working closely with the Medical Advisory Board, Brendan is playing drums and spending time with his dog Penny.

Erin Nicole Korec | General Maanger at LupaVita

Erin Nicole Korec, General Manager

Erin joined the ImmunaRelief team in 2020 and not only brings her business, marketing, writing & web development skills to the team, but she also lives with Lupus and Fibromyalgia herself so she has a personal investment in our company and products. Erin understands what it's like to live a life managing multiple autoimmune diseases and she's our own "in-house expert". When she's not working away at ImmunaRelief, she's spending time with her pets and plants.

Medical Advisory Board

Dr. Diana Cordero-Loperena, MD

Dr. Diana-Cordero-Loperena, MD graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1985. She works in Jacksonville, FL and specializes in Internal Medicine, specifically autoimmune conditions. Dr. Cordero is a licensed physician in the state of Florida. She has assisted with the formulation of LupaVita & RheumaRelief and focuses on spreading awareness for Lupus. She has battled SLE for over 20 years and continues to help anyone who is diagnosed.

Dr. Eric Wood, ND

Dr. Eric Wood joined the ImmunaRelief Medical Advisory board beginning in January of 2017. Dr. Eric Wood, ND is a District of Columbia-licensed (Washington D.C.) naturopathic physician and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. This allows him to freely practice a wide variety of non-invasive, non-drug based natural healing modalities and therapies in Florida relevant to his educational training and scope as a naturopathic physician.
